Would it be possible to get an RSS feed of your alerts? Perhaps this is something you could ask the XenForo developers about?

Sounds like a great suggestion to me. They're definitely planning to do more with RSS feeds; I'm still waiting for them to introduce a global RSS feed subscription option and not just for individual forums. I'll see what they have to say.
