Printscreen? Posting Images?

First question; how do people printscreen something on an Xbox 360 screen? I understand fully how to do it with my laptop, but how do I take an image from Fable 2 and put it on my computer?

Second question; how do I post images here? Thanks in advance.

you upload your images on imageshack.us and wrap the URL in [img ] [/img ] tags

An alternative to typical PC-based capture cards would be cheaper external ones like the Pinnacle Dazzle Platinum (tons of Dazzle Platinum reviews available on YouTube) or - one that I've been looking into - the Hauppauge HD PVR High-Definition Video Recorder.

One internal, PC-based capture card I've heard a lot of good things about is the Blackmagic Design Intensity HDMI Capture Card.
