I can't seem to give the ring to Elise after proposal, don't have the gift giving option. Any Ideas Why this is? Or am I just missing something? Got the house too.

eh.. people complaining about bugs being in a game, glitches are worse, especially if it is after a patch, more than likely LH will produce a patch soon, and when they do prepare for the worse, not because they are lacking skill, because the patch will cause another glitch. look at fallout 3 and New Vegas as examples.
Give her a good whack with your sword. If that doesn't make her move...well I don't know what to tell you then.
