Was prepping for the Crucible when i posted this thread. Decided to just buy a Master Flintlock pistol instead. So when i came back from the spire he had the potion in stock, and now i've got Hal's rifle spewing bullets at anything that moves xP

Ah yes, that was it. These potions won't be in stock anywhere until you've reached a certain point in the game.
