Question about DLC

Hi everyone,sorry to be bugging you guys.

I got the collectors edition of Fable 3 yesterday, and I was wondering how do I install the DLC content, the game did not prompt me for it. Is there somewhere else I have to put in the codes? Thanks.

Hit the Home button on your controller (the big shiny Xbox logo)
Scroll all the way over to the left.
Click Redeem Code.
Type in your code.
Download.
Install.
Enjoy.

Where do you find the pre order DLC and the ingame bonus's. I can't find them in the sanctuary.

If you pre-ordered from Gamestop, the code will be on your receipt.

Another quick question, where abouts is your health displayed? I couldn't see anything, how are you meant to know when you're about to die?

Health isn't displayed, per se. When your health gets low, the edges of the screen turn red and the D-pad shortcuts start flashing red.
