Question about lady grey.

After exposing Lady Grey what happens to her, does she does dissapear?

She goes away.

She disappears, never to be heard 'from' again, but she is heard 'of' again, during the Try to Stop Jack Quest, Thunder says "The Lady sends her regards". Other than that nothing, so her threat to return is false.

Don't feel bad, I spent some time looking for her as well. I talked to one of the npc's and they said she packed up, and left, maybe the town guard? Anyway if you're new at the game, theres a lot, you'll learn.

We were all noobs at one time. Getting questions answered is a big part of why I joined this site.

Never say never, isn't Lady Greys castle in Fable2? Maybe she's immortal?

I don't think Lady Grey will be alive in Fable 2. It takes place way after the first, because you get to use things like guns in the second one. Reminds me of the Boston Tea Party and the American Revolution, heh. Silly clothes.

That would be pretty cool if there was a Lady Grey-ish woman in Fable 2. Maybe she's head of some High-Class woman's club in a Bowerstone North-ish city. That would be cool.
