Go to Control Panel and it'll be at the bottom left corner.

To change your theme go onto dashboard, go to My Xbox, go right so your Avatar is showing and i think it's somewhere on that slide.

answer: What face bandages? Do you mean Bandit Bandana and if yes then you get it whilst your on the quest to kill Dash the Bandit (it's in a chest near Dash's final resting place)
