Rash

I got a rash on my belly button that goes off and on for the past few months, it spreads if I scratch it and lays dormant if I don't, lotion/medicine makes it shrink then it comes back.

So, it's a rash that comes back when you put ointment on it? It must be a like.. A reverse rash or something. Go pay a street whore to lick it and then see what happens.
