Revealed on the official Rockstar Newswire blog, the post explained, "First off, for anyone experiencing these or any other issues - thank you not only for your patience as we work through them but for your great help in reporting them to us. As hopefully you can appreciate, with a game as vast as Red Dead Redemption and with such wide open online multiplayer, there are unfortunately a few things that only really rear their heads once the game is on public servers and lots of players are online."

• Multiplayer connectivity issues
  Single player locking up
  Mo Van Barr issues
  etc.

"We are right now working round the clock on a title update for both Xbox 360 and PS3 that will address the main persisting issues, including the ones above. We’re aiming to have this ready and live for download within the next few days. We thank you for your patience."

No official date has been given for the update, but we will let you know as soon as it is revealed.

Nice to know they are working on it and its coming soon. I didnt have any issues with Mo Van Barr though and only had my first crash a min ago on a load screen after dying (after 11 hours play).

I've had a few problems when trying to exit multiplayer. It will just load infinitely. That is the only annoying one I've had.

After a shoot-out, I respawned, lagged, lost connection, and my xbox froze.

I wish there was a patch that if you camp in a free for all match, they get banned from RDR online.

I wish there was a patch where our characters didn't have the weakest legs in humanity that dosen't allow us to survive the smallest falls.

My largest fall survived is 299.50 ft

I haven't found anything major. Just a few weird things here and there. Like riding into Blackwater and the camera zooms really far out, the textures don't load and my horse glitches into the ground.

Then I get off my horse and it's fine.

Had one where a character in a cutscene had a duplicate of themselves in their own body doing different animations. Was like a weird siamese twin thing going on until one moved and then there were two of them in the cutscene but one did nothing but a crying animation and the other did all the proper ones.
