RDR War Horse Code

My code can't be redeemed normally because it's 4 digits per...thing (_ _ _ _-_ _ _ _-_ _ _ _-_ _ _ _). The only way is to do it by the Main Menu of Red Dead Redemption, but when I try to, it says "cannot connect to the Rockstar code unlocks server. Please try again later" It's been saying this for hours, could it be something I'm typing wrong? Or is it actually so busy that I haven't been able to do this all day?

Don't worry, everyone I know is having this problem. It isn't the code. Mine for the Deadly Assassin outfit doesn't work either.

Im guessing its to do with demand as I read lots of threads about this on IGN forums. Im sure they will have it sorted soon enough.

I want my horse. I'm tired of having my horses stamina run out so quickly.
