hey i got the ruler of albion achievement and i didn't get the title.
i even went to criers (hehehe criers hehehe funny name.....huh?...(coughs).
and i still don't have the title what's up with that?!
btw does any1 here know how to make those achievements you guys show on your signatures?if so send me a reply.ok.thanx.

If you want to buy all the buildings first buy the fable 2 official guide, it helps alot and not just with properties.

You can be King or Queen without buying Fairfax Castle, it just takes a LOT of time. You have to do the T.O.B.Y quest (you'll see why), and I put 5 star furniture in almost every home, which means warping back and forth between Bloodstone and Bowerstone and making sure their economy wasn't 5 star at the time. Once I had everything furnished, I dropped all house rents to -100 and stores to as low as they would go. I don't know if that makes any difference or not. I put trophies in my prime homes and bought every darn item from every store and stall I could (it took so long to collect furniture that I had over 13 million dollars). Then I waited. The biggest problem is, it's a pain to find all 5 star furniture. THEN I bought Fairfax and married a fat woman.
