Reliquary - An Evil Presence help

I'm doing the quest for Saul in the Reliquary where you go back to the secret library and through the second door. It says to clear out all the creatures, and I killed everything down to a part where the floor breaks off.

I opened the chest, searched the shelves, looked for a spot to jump down. Nothing.

No more hollowmen to kill. It still says clear out creatures and Saul still says I need to clear them out. Help.

if you killed all the creatures and dont get the message : return to saul i think your game is glitched im sorry for you.

yeah, sounds like it might be a glitch. hopefully your game saved right before you started that quest and reloading with a) solve the issue and b) not set you too far back....sorry

Ya this quests ends when you kill all the waves... however there is an easy work around (usually).

Just kill your game and re load it... Now if you have SAVED the game with the quest glitched, then that could be a problem... but usually leaving the area and coming back will cause the whole monster portion of the quest to restart, and you should be able to finish it. I've found that if a quest breaks, leave the area and coming back usually will fix it.
