rental properties and shop income not paying

I have bought a lot of rental properties and business but they dont seem to be paying out i checked the ledger and i only get 24gp for shop income when one of my shops promissis 1013gp profit. I think it may have something to do with all the shops being constently closed can any one answer these questions for me????

So far I have not had a problem but I did bit yet buy any property in brightwall. Still working on buying everything at The Dweller's Camp.
