Oh gawd lol.
I'd have to say I agree with Scotty. (and not just because he's amazing) but because he's right, and it's true. While I realize life is busy, you guys can't just rely on the report button for everything. Say a police officer has a certain district he needs to take care of, it'd be like if he was standing there ignoring someone getting mugged behind him and him not lending up attention until someone "reported" it. Moderation job, is just that, Moderation. Going trough as many threads as possible making sure that everythings going okay. Skim the threads a little, go to the last page, look for anyone who might be upset. Doing both those things and using the report system at the same time should help clear up any messes that might be happening. Though I don't disagree with having maybe ONE more moderator. DMC has 3 doesn't it? That way, everyone doesn't feel stretched thin. You can never have too much backup.
Well we do hunt down trolls and spammers much like the The Nazgûl after the ring.
I reported a spam bot a week ago or so, but mostly I haven't seen anything bad worth reporting.
