Reseting Fable Exploder

Is there a possebility to reset the Fable Exploder? Because I have made some changes and when I uninstall the game and reinstall it, the changes keep stand in the exploder. Sow is there and possible way that I can reset the Exploder.

They shouldn't stay. If you reinstalled fable all the files should be fixed.
Lets say you changed something in game.bin. By uninstalling fable, you uninstalled game.bin and then installed a new fresh version.
