sounds good! normally i don't like a sad song in lyrics, tends to sounds too weepy and emo-ish in text for my tastes. but that sounds like some serious rock 'n roll. namely this part.

kind of reminds me of "i am trying to break your heart" by wilco. but this definitely is a more straightforward song than that one is. that one is more about being in a relationship that will inevitably phail versus this one which is about the actual phailing.
