You will need to at least, have FableExplorer installed. Once you do, open it up,
By default it opens the game.bin,
on the left side under the file names,
Scroll down to CREATURE,
Single click the plus sign beside CREATURE,
Scroll down to 1450-CREATURE_HERO,
Double click that, a new window opens on the right,
Single click the word CREATURE_HERO,
Scroll down on the right to the box that says CHeroMorphDef
Under the box with 10535, single click Links To (GameBINEntryID)
A new window opens, in that window, click the plus sign beside CHeroMorphDef,
That opens 4 files, single click DE9B0516,
In each box that has the word 'OLD' or 'BUMP' or 'BLONDE'
Click the Del button.
Once you have done that, click Actions at the top left of FableExplorer,
Then click 'Save Mods and Run Fable'.
Now the hero will not get old and have gray hair, nor will his hair turn blonde when he becomes too Good. This is the way I did it for my hero. There is another way, which is to use an age removal FMP, but it wont stop blondness. This does both.
