Gotta say I hated school with a passion but college was wicked.....we even had one lesson in the local pub coz the tutor couldn't be bothered to open the classroom....and coz I studied Classical Civilisation, we got to go to Greece for 10 days.....although I remember very little as I was hammered for most of it. I think there were some buildings and stuff though....

:lol: i got to agree with that (though school was still better than work) i really enjoyed College aswel. One lesson on Thursday morning then 3 hours till the next lesson, so off the pub we went every Thursday :D

Ah..it was every Wednesday for 3 hours for me at my college....lessons finished at about 10am so we all needed a pick-me-up or twelve before getting the bus home....

.....happy days....

My science teacher was a really short guy who melted Barbie dolls in that weird fume extraction box thingy.....he also would laugh for no reason and wander out of the room at random intervals....

Tried it once - didn't much like getting cut off though.

And although being a teacher means you get all the time off, you actually spend most of it writing up new lesson plans for the next term, going on training days and marking the illegible scrawlings of 30 semi-literate chavs. And I'm being a little too kind with "semi-literate", there.

Nah they have lives....sheltered and under sedation but nonetheless, they do have them....

They also wear weird clothes and try to be "down with the kids"....very very sad breed....
