I got the letter and I went upstairs to the mirror and nothing happens. I can walk up to the mirror but nothing happens once I do.

You have to use the A button. If you have unlocked the house and got the invitation to the tea party then you should be able to just walk up the mirror upstairs and press and hold A to transport into the next area.

DLC doesn't prove that she is entirely good. She is still to mysterious to know anything.

And this is why I say she's true neutral. She did what was needed, even if it bordered on the side of evil yet did so only so she could understand what the nature of the future was so that she could prepare others for said future events where every future links. She may have used evil means as a way to a good end overall. DnD is great for explaining alignments

She's not evil and she's not altogether good, but I did get a sense that when it comes to Sparrow she is kind.
