Sorry to burst ya bubble mate, but thats a REALLY REALLY old photo, one of the first Photos or in the video pictures I saw, its on the Fable II Trailer.

There was a huge gap between this picture and the finished game. They could have simply dropped it or never even planned to have it.

Maybe its an Extra Large Balverine.. thats the only creature close enough for it to be.. But I doubt its that.

yeh in this video it zooms out abit http://au.xbox360.ign.com/dor/objects/741361/fable-2/videos/fable2.html i think it is infact a white Belverine.. Just from the skinny legs and how it's skeletal shape works

What i think might appear is the demon on the cover and on the trailers

That was some of the original concept art from Lionhead. It was left out.
