The Balverine is severely disappointing. It just doesn't look anything like the original, not even canine....

The face looks like an Orc in the LotR movies more than a werewolf.

I thought the Balverine was more impressive. Did you study the face? It was more frightening to me. Bad angle for the picture though. It cut off the legs. Made it look smaller. I seriously doubt, it's small. Every other enemy, is huge. Look at the Trolls, and how huge they are.
I loved the way the Heros legs glowed. Was that Will tattoos, or tights?

500 years have past, and they have changed. Everything changes over time. Sorry, you are disappointed. I imagine my Yorkshire Terrier, looked totally different 500 years ago.
