They'd still be canine though - that one lacks any canine feature. Look at the early mammals that took over after the dinosaurs and the ones still around today still look similar.

It looks like a goblin...or a ghoul...or an furry orc.

On a less whiny note: The undead looks simply delicious.

The Balverines, are just a small part of the game. They have alien faces to me. Strange.=]
The Trolls, look fantastic. Has anyone seen a white Balverine, yet?
