Because not everyone likes to shoot guns popularized by video games. You don't need power to have fun at shooting range. That gun was developed for piercing armour. It could even take out a helicopter, if done properly. You do not need that at a shooting range.

*scoff* Why use those when you can use this?

Because if you shot a friend with that, you would kill them.. Anyone for that matter.
