Shop/stall help

I don't really understand the shops this time around. Right now I'm trying to find condoms. The game guide told me they'd be at the gift place in Brightwall. But every time I go to any stall, it only displays one item for sale. Don't the stalls sell anything else?

Nope, only wants on the display thingy. there is a gift shop in Bowerstone market that sells various items not just 1. try there

If you have made it to Reaver's place you can go back after the masquerade quest is over and go into his sex room and every chest of drawers has a condom in it
