Shops not opening?

So I went to go buy my legendary weapons, but the shops NEVER open. This is after the end of the game.

I have to resort to buying the store, and stealing the weapons.

Also, there are random corpses ALL over Albion. Do they ever go away

Apparently people do start to come back if you sleep for a long time. I don't know if the corpses go, however.

Well I was told, the civilians will respawn if you sleep for quite a while, and everything should be back to normal except for your "neutral/friends/hate/love" those should stay the same.

From what Ive heard it does. I havent tried it myself, but it seems to work slowly but surely.

Yes. Eventually your citizens will come back and you can get them back faster by sleeping over and over again.

From what Ive heard it does. I havent tried it myself, but it seems to work slowly but surely.

Yeah, yesterday I also figured out that if you charge your gunshot the wings will come like a Flourish.
But thats nothing. Ahah,

Yes, the corpses go away eventually too.
