Yeah, I figured that as soon as I wrote it, but it would be cool...the Hero strides up to the fray...wades in....starts hurling a chicken around above his head...awesome...

Oh wait. I could change the Damage. Never mind! It stays in the weapon inventory but it does no damage. I just realized that I could fix that!

I already said, in this thread that I tried that and it only works on a few weapon sized objects... Your game will crash otherwise.

Infact, trying to make that chicken a weapon failed miserably, it broke my fable forever.

I have 3DS Max 9 (but very limited experience on it), so I might possibly (given a better understanding of what exactly is needed for Fable to accept a mesh as a weapon) be able to bypass that problem. However it won't be anytime soon as I will be rather busy for a while.

What about making a bow out of something? I wonder if you could launch arrows from a fish's mouth if you made it into a weapon...
