Silver Keys

Alright. I know this is posted elsewhere, HOWEVER...

I've scoured the Internet and I've found lists. And I've followed those lists.
I have found every silver key except the following

All 3 Lychfield Graveyard Keys
and the Hook Coast Key.

These are because I haven't quite been to those places yet. (But I'm supposed to go there right now, to find the secret passage and all.)

But I cannot for the life of me get the keys at:

Memorial Garden (I've dug all around that forsaken woodsmans statue and I can't find it.)
and
the Cliffside Path (wtfm8? a circle of mushrooms?)

I have exactly 19 keys. (I'm playing the normal X-Box version)
That plus the four I know I don't have is 23. So I'm missing two keys!
I went back to all the other places just to be positive I've found them.
Am I missing something or what?
I've played this game 5 or 8 times and I've never found all silver keys. (But honestly, this is the first time I've really tried.)

Help?

Did you talk to the ghost and do the quest that involves him? If not, that may be why you do not get the Memorial Garden key. You dig the left of the statue, under the axe.

The Cliffside Path is not accessable until you are doing the Rescue Scarlet Rose Quest. After you leave the Underground Chamber/Underground Tunnel you get to Cliffside Path. You start out in a round room with two exits, take to one on the right, there is a chest to the right of that path, the ring of mushrooms is kind of in front of that chest.

I hope that helps, if not, let me know. I am curious about not finding the one under the Memorial Garden statue, do you get the Obsidian Great Axe when you dig?
