[snicker] No, I wasn't really trying... but, trust me, I'm not much better when I am. Thanks for all the oh-so-touching comments.
Oh, and the spoiler tags are [*spoiler] [*/spoiler] without the *. It's also the button on the far right of the little control panel thing that looks like a unlocked padlock when you're posting.
By the way, Zquad? You know who you should be? The Windowmaker*. Much more intimidating.

You know, I ripped off some author, but I have no idea who. I don't think it was Terry Pratchett. I think it was... Fforde. Jasper Fforde, I believe. Writes somewhat amusing sci-fi and/or fantasy. One of his characters, an assassin, was made the Windowmaker instead of the Widowmaker by a typo. Not Fforde's typo. An in-story typo.

Prehaps. My english is not perfect ^^
Never heard of a book containing "widowmaker". I've always been the widowmaker, don't remember where it came from ^o)
Sorry. A pun. A joke. Window as opposed to widow. Window as in a pane of glass instead of a widow as in a woman whose husband is dead. I was being sarcastic.
But yeah, "Widowmaker" is a fairly common appelation in books and movies, especially the more melodramatic kind. As I remeber there was one in the Battletech or Mechwarrior books, for instance. Several others, too, though I don't remember specifics.
