slow downs

i have been having this problem for a while, now but now its every where oakfeild, bowerstone market, fairfax garden and its starting in the gypsi camp the game litarly slows down to a crawl and when fights happen its a 50/50 chance that it will slow down almost to a point that im fighing frame by frame. any one elts have this problem??

How is it illegal if microsoft made the new xbox experience mainly for downloading games to the hard drive to make money from people buying new hard drives?
It's as legal as downloading the DLC when it comes out.

Ehm... downloading games onto your Xbox360 is an illegal matter...

As some members have said its a new feature with the updated NXE on Xbox Live and is perfectly legal and helps speed loading up. Not by much granted but i can do it. Id noticed Fable II lagged a decent amount if i cast a large spell when lots of enemies were on screen but thats about it.
