So, who else picked up Deus Ex: HR?

Im quite enjoying the twists and turns of the story so far and really liking the game. The AI for the most part is good, they have their moments like in most games but 85% of the time they are fairly smart. I can understand why the inventory is limited as its all about balance and you have enough skills to use without being able to carry around an armoury worth of weapons.

I find myself scouting the area for all the vents first so if i do get spotted i make haste to one of them and like Scott said 'camp out' and sometime pick people off from the vents before retreating back. Also quite enjoy scouting area for security systems first and disabling all the cameras, turning turrets and robots against the enemy then heading into the rooms and taking out everyone. Making sure i hack all the alarms and such for the extra XP too.

Question: Where exactly is this inventory located? When you go third person he doesn't carry anything on his back. Is it... inside of him?

*imagines Adam shoving a Sniper Rifle up his..."backside"*

I don't mind the inventory system to be honest. Sometimes sacrifices have to be made, and I personally would rather not be allowed the opportunity to so easily walk around as a heavily equipped badass. I find it to be a necessary limit to ensure a proper balance.
I wasn't suggesting to increase the space by that far - it was merely a disappointment to see that the augments give such a little bonus to your space. They're augments after all!

Plus, I had to drop the Laser Rifle, otherwise my Tranq. Rifle wouldn't fit in due to the excessive amount of ammo I needed.

I hope they restore that cut content as well, a new DLC for the game was announced a bit ago called The Missing Link. No idea if it'll have any of the cut content in it though. ):
Ah yes, forgot about The Missing Link. It practically is restored content, considering the DLC contains the story of Adam, when he was absent in those few days.

But still, I was mostly referring to hoping for the major city hubs to return.

Been liking the music as well in this game, the dark ambient/ambient/electronica suits the cyberpunk atmosphere quite well I must say. Sometimes I find myself hanging around an area longer than I really should, just to take in the tunes.

lol. When you bring up the menu it implies it should be the size of a very large briefcase, but whenever you unequip an item it disappears into his back or side... backside? There's a rocket launcher in the game though, I'm trying not to imagine that.

Ah, in that case yes I agree, since the augments are a serious gamble in here. Wait though, there's a laser rifle in this game?? Where?

Oh okay, well that all sounds good to me.

For a good portion of the beginning, I didn't really do any computer hacking so I only made things more harder than they really needed to be for me. It wasn't even until the middle of the game I started getting experimental and found out I could actually shoot out the cameras. I thought it was pretty neato that you could stack boxes to block security sensors as well, very outside of the box if you ask me.

Ive never actually tried shooting them but i hack pretty much everything i can in a building from alarms to computers, safes, turrets, robots and disabling the cameras. Its a very handy skill to have thats for sure. I carried boxes to areas and stacked them side by side when the camera wasnt looking then made an alleyway towards the location I wanted to go.

1. Hack a turret to target your enemies.

2. Upgrade your strength enough to carry said turret around.

3. Enjoy ripping your enemies to shreds without wasting any ammo, plus the turret shields you from incoming fire when carrying it.

Try that on deus ex mode, its so funny. OH LOOK ITS A HEAVY, *throws turret at face*
