Yea i found it in bowerstone north... also herd lady gray gives it to you (from the price of the sword id rather her give it x.x)

No, you don't need Fable: The Lost Chapters to buy the Solus Greatsword. You can obtain it right off when you visit Bowerstone North at the only store in that region. A tad expensive though.
