Some help needed, i'm a bit new

I just rescued the hero of will from the tattered spire, but now i'm fat, how do i redeem my slim weight. And I also, for some reason i just lose health gradually, how do i stop this?

to get slim again eat celery, any kind will do it they all take away -5 fat (+5 thin) no matter how many stars its worth. also if you have the Knothole island DLC you can just get potions that make you lose weight but you get corrupt points

your health is always low cus of an aug on a wep of yours

Oh lol, i had that piercing agony augment. Lol i thought it was due to STDs, but what do those do anyway? Is there a way to get rid of them...?

and to stop losing health i jst sell the weapon with the augment?

piercing agony augment: You will inflict much greater damage than usual, but your health will constantly deplete down to dangerous levels in return.

if you have the knothole island DLC you can remove the aug, but if not then yes you will have to sell it

Ok, then, i'll remove that, but what if i just unequip it?

You don't have to sell the weapon, just unequip it.

there are better augmentations anyway. so you really dont need any negative ones...
