Practice makes perfect and following tutorials and then branching off the tutorial paths and making them your own pieces is where it all begins.

i found out how to do the backrounds and such but i dont even no wtf most of the words they use lol ( on the tutorials) im like where the hell is this tool so on..

Depends what tutorials you are following to be honest, the good ones use lots of screenshots to explain.
