Something I noticed....

I normally use The Red Dragon for ranged weapons but recently i have turned to The Rammer . I know it takes a while to reload and is a bit slow and is nothing compared to The Red Dragon because most people have said and reccommended The Red Dragon as the best ranged weapon but I noticed that it really isnt as good as some other ranged weapons for headshots because for me it takes about two good shots up close for a decapitation and I dont know if im doing something wrong but I love my Rammer it can take the heads clean off (I have all my skills maxed out in skill) but im not a strength person , I'm a will and skill person , so I dont have any strength skills apart from toughness so could that be the problem or is The Red Dragon not too good at headshots ? :ninja:

hmm, interesting. i can tell you know that strength has absolutly nothing to do with decapitations, or ranged damage. so thats not it. red dragon is actually a relitivly weak weapon (base attack is less than a master clockwork) but the augments on it add the damage. i also love how overly loud it is. rammer is a more powerful weapon so thats why its better at head shots. i use red dragon for how fast (while still relitivly powerful) it is.

I didnt think strength had anything to do with it but i just thought id ask :blush:
thanks for telling me anyways ^^ I like the way its so fast but i hardly use ranged weapons only maybe once or twice a fight because i normally use shock so if theres any remaining enemies wandering around i might think what the hell XD but thats only if theres a few because theres no point in waiting for a spell to load when there might be only 2 enemies left XD

If I was giving it away I would put it in trade , even though i dont use it much it still comes to use at times ^^

ive been useing the rammer for the longest time, when i used the red dragon for the first time and i did not kill ppl with 1 head shot i gave it away for a HR coat

actually, i am working on a profile using hammers and blunderbuss, so when i get it on that one i will concider trading it to you.

My Master Clockwork pistol is doing the same thing. I think it's just the size of the bullet that's being shot, the type of damage the gun does and the type of gun it is that determines how many shots it takes for a headshot.

It takes me like... two or three with the Master Clockwork Pistol.

at times? ..you say... how? rammer is stronger and longer range your prey will be dead b4 they hit the ground literally i find the red dragon a joke thats why i sold it for a HR coat immedatly after i got it. "oh but its fast and has good augs thats why its pwns" if it take more then 1 shot to the skull and your opponent is not dead its a horrible wepon i never used a pistol once in all may play thrus

i always manage to get 1 hit headshots on all but 2 enemies,
the big bandits and the big hollow men,

plus with the red dragons rate of fire even it it does take more than 1 shot to headshot it doesnt feel like it

If im surrounded and I dont have time to wait for The Rammer to reload or power up my spells ^^
