Go to Imageshack and upload that picture there or add it into an attachment (bottom of post window. Direct links from your pc wont work.

when you are making a new post go down to manage attatchments.....

Manage Attachments > Upload File From Computer > Then Find Picture And Upload.

Like i said just type Imageshack or Imagevenue into google and upload the picture on there and just copy and paste the forum code it gives you into a message and post, its really simple.

If your wondering why i just havent given you links to the two i get an error when i try to put their URLS into a message and i dont know why.

EDIT* Odd its only imageshacks URL i cant put into a message its basically www. then imageshack .us (not .com or .uk) but imagevenue is good also and you can upload 5 pics at a time with Imagevenue.
