Spire help!! :(

Spire help!! :(

Hello, im stuck at the Spire level when you need to go searching for the missing guard. :'(
after i found him i get a sword and a pistol (both steel), and then the fighting starts....the thing is that i dont have any of my XP left so every time i try to proceed on to the commandants quarters i get killed. '
one time i reached the commandants place but then got slaughtered and i am not planning playing the game with a face full of scarsO.o

i did, but still i die at least once..... am i such a bad player?:blush:
dont you have any tactics? like using the XP you earn for strengt, will or magic?

If you have free XP then you should use it ;) You can always reset your points if you are unhappy with it.

I only had to restart this part because I got bugged out on the cut scene at the end. If you have slow time it works well against anything that blocks often and comes in large groups. I love slow time + melee attacks while they are helpless :D

I highly suggest using the Time Control will ability. If you're invested in other will abillities, unlearn them and put some points into Time Control. At least level two. You can keep slowing time and start shooting or melee'ing them like crazy and reslow it. It takes a bit but it'll help prevent a LOT of damage done to you.

Exactly what I did. I actually had mine level 4, so I'd do that then use lvl 3 shock over and over...easy as pie lol. But yeah if you just get whatever lvl time control you can afford then you can slash/shoot/blast/whatever without taking hardly any damage :ninja:

Control Time to avoid him. Animate Dead make for great cannon fodder. Shock (tier3 or higher) will stun him briefly.

I just used Raise dead and my gun and i killed them.

-shrug- made it through it using no magic, just melee attacks and 1 potion... just bounce back and forth, don't focus on just one enemy. As long as you keep everyone back a ways from you its relatively simple.

kill his teammates, try to avoid him, then just run up to him and beat the crap outta him, dodge when needed, or just shoot shoot shoot stuff at him! :P

I'm getting to that part.
I hope I dont have a problem with XP.
I like the time control idea.

my friend had a problem with it and invited me in its easy with 2 people :d but i soloed by using lvl 1 time stop then lvl 3 time stop so i could build up lvl 5 blades 3 shots the commander

yea i made it when using only raise death lvl 1 and my pistol, just taking xp till i could afford flourishes, ;) thanks for all of your help!
