Can someone tell me how to obtain the bonuses? Do I have to get some chest on the RTR? I already "redeemed" the codes.

EDIT: Actually I got all of them except the Inquisitor and the tattoo that came with it...hmm...

You get them in the sanctuary. You have to be connected to Xbox Live at some point.

Also, you get the Inquisitor in the gift part of the sanctuary after a certain mission
