is this meant to do something? i have read the inscription but have already done the mission (letter)! its the big napolean statue on the cliff

no. expression statues look a bit like robots and they pose in the expression you have to do to destory them.

no not that i recall of.when you perform the expression it bends over and its mask falls of
then smoke comes out of its backside.i think if you destory them all you may get something.
i've encounted three already:two in browerstone cementray and one in twinblades tomb(only accessible when you take the love hurts quest).
