Stress Relief

I wouldn't know. I don't stress. Something wrong with me?

Some people just react differently to life's ups and downs. Nothing wrong with that, I don't think. Some people, like yourself, are just more mellow than others.

Sleep, drink a few beers, video games, shower, fresh air, listening to music, DIY, warm cup of tea, comedy shows, chocolate (especially Cadbury's dairy milk.)

These things usually help with stress.

Rare feelings of despair and of hopelessness however, lying in bed and calmly pretending the rest of the world doesn't exist until the feelings subside is usually the only thing that can help for that.
 
Tsuyu, I always want to go to bed, and yet I'm still completely capable of stressing out.

Also, I passed out one time when I gave blood.

I think I'm iron-deficient. I will now proceed to stress about that.

Excuse me while I go gnaw on some kitchen utensils.

I guess it's nice that I don't feel worried, sad or angry about things, as those seem to be negative emotions, while I can still feel very happy. But I think I shouls be concerned a little more about serious matters, as I'va had trouble concentrating on schoolwork. I just didn't seem important. No wait, I knew it was important and called myself stupid for not doing it. But I just didn't do it and never stressed out over the fact that I would fail my test. Or I just need to learn how to learn. Not feeling much negativity is a plus, in my world. Which is a positive world. Yaaaaaaay. Well, as you can see, right now I'm neutral

You...don't get stressed about schoolwork? I honestly can't even imagine that.
 
I go on cod and get ****ed at the urealistic bits in it and multiplayer. Helps get rid of built up stress.
 
When I'm realllly stressed I attach car battery jacks to my nipples and fight the current.
