you have to escort the archaeologist guy to some boats,, and theres like windmills and stuff on the way, and the executioner hill place, its by there...
and im sure they are there other times too, like right before you fight jack in his human looking form...

Oh after the arena the export quest I still don't remember the creatures thou after I fight jack I beat the game theres no second fight.

@ ShadowKnight: It's not only TLC, the minions are in the original Fable too. Both of them; the wardog and the dreadwings.
