Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock makes himself a test subject in this documentary about the commercial food industry. Rigorously eating a diet of McDonald's fast food three times a day for a month straight, Spurlock is out to prove the physical and mental effects of consuming fast food. Spurlock also provides a look at the food culture in America through its schools, corporations, and politics as seen through the eyes of both ordinary citizens and health advocates.

That's a cool docco. I saw it ages ago and was actually surprised by it.

Also, is it wrong that a little part of me wanted it to kill him? Not coz of him, he's a nice guy, but I just wanted Maccas to cop it

Also, has anyone else seen the one where he and his girlfriend try to live off minimum wage for a month? That one was brutal.

I started craving a big mac for the first half hour... then the rest of the movie I wasn't really hungry... But that film won't stop me from grabbing a big mac or a crunchwrap supreme every now and then!

I think it was a little wrong that they/he made the whole McDonalds franchise look "Evil" but any way when I first saw it I wasn't suprised at the results
