Well, I married 2 of the tattooists (one in Westcliff and one in Bloodstone) and I chose not to ressurect them at the end. Now, I figured Bower Market would have one, but if so I can't find it. Anyone know where all the tattoo parlors are?

There is one in the Gypsy Camp.

and one in old town. hes shop is at the gate out of bowerstone.
