I have been reaching for things to do to get more practice with PhotoShop. Here are a couple of back tattoo options inspired by TJ's avatar:

Download and save this as a bmp, put it into the MyDocuments/Fable/Tattoos/"Profile" folder. Save is as "back" to replace the blank one:

I found out I made a mistake posting the bmps. They are fixed now. Sorry to anyone who tried to use these without success.
