Wonder HOW Money will be calculated in the game?

When the hero builds up the revolution. Because when your king you should have enough money or power to handle that.

I think the chest should contain some legendary weapon or armour, because looking at the chest, you must built up a fortune of at least a million in the treasury, if not double even triple, without exploiting the money cheat, this could take months, maybe a year or so

I think it'd unlock during the Post-Revolution era, during the time when you're King.

Kinda a "Post-Game" Bonus.

And then what? Do they just be angry and grumble at you or would they start a revolution.
We'll know the answer soon enough, I would like if the more ****ed people got, the more likely it would get for them to try and overthrow you

I think Good Kings give it to the cities to improve them, Evil Kings take it for their castle, I reckon so.

I don't know dude.

Yay I was waiting for a thread like this. Here are my mains ideas for policy.

The Middle Way
I am hoping that once I am king, I can use the industrialisation for albions benefit. I will abolish Child Labour but keep factories running so the economy improves. I would up living standards over time and thoroughly examine each case I am presented with. I would also spend a fraction on the castle to make sure it is maintained and dosen't fall apart.

The Nice Tyrant Way
I want to see how the engine reacts to this course of action. I would form a dictatorship once I become king but bring my people out of poverty. I would be strict about propaganda and border on being a tyrant but make sure my country is rich and has a good economy. For those who are well read up on their history, this happened to Germany 1933-1940. A very interesting example in that the dictatorship actually fufilled its promises and brought its country out of depression and a fresh change from just good king/bad king.

Is there EVER a GOOD King?
Politics in it's sense is already "evil" in some ways. If you're going to spend the money on improving standard of living, there is bound to be people who get left behind by the economic growth. Income inequality rises etc.
Furthermore, you're more vulnerable to attacks from aurora (if any) and therefore can be seen as a "bad king" for letting your Kingdom come under fire.

I'm sure there will be "promises" which will contradict each other. Like real politics or economics, you can't make everyone happy. Perhaps you're gonna deal with a revolution ANYWAY unless you seriously be an all out totalitarian. Then you'll be evil...

Argh.
=P
