Does anyone know how to get the man who knew just enough quest i have played this game like 4 times and i still don't have this quest. One of my chartars is evil and the other was good. plz help. thks

Availability: This quest becomes available after leaving the masquerade party with Page.
Unlocks: N/A
Reward: 5 Guild seals and 500 gold
Morality: -15 for murder

You can find Bob under the bridge in Bowerstone Market. Talk to him to learn about his business partner who got himself arrested............etc...

Theoretically should be available in the quest log after leaving the masquerade party. However, just because it is available then doesn't really mean it will pop up automatically. Maybe you just missed it on both playthroughs? I honestly can't remember doing this quest or not.
