Yea...it is easy...first buy a ton of cheap beer....then go outside and attract a lot of ppl by dancing.....keep dancing then hand out a beer to as many ppl as possible and keep dancing...(it is better to do it at night).

Get about five bears, maybe 7 just to be safe, use your lute or dance to lure people in, then when you're around a lot, just give one beer to each person, that's seven people and you should get it. It only takes five people but I did it with seven just to make sure cause sometimes they will reject the beer, or they'll get angry or they won't get drunk.

Bloodstone is the key, but I ended up using about 8 of the Tenebrous. There was no way that I wasn't going to get it the first time around, haha. Trust me though. You won't need to worry too much about people in Bloodstone rejecting alcohol, and they group up really nicely in front of the pub for you at night anyhow.
