sorry dude i just got it today in an easy way.
all i had to do was go into my friends world and all of a sudden i got the achievement!
but he already has all the acheivements anyways.
lol!

try stacking achievements if you wanna sell.

Im selling the gargoyle and ruler achievements in a bundle and I might work on the silver keys.

its a really easy acheivemnt i got it no problem. i own every property in albion except the temple of shadows because i took don their leader/
