Hmm..
I have alot of time on my hands and sometimes I can be really lazy.
Yesterday I waited four hours sitting on my couch nearly falling asleep.
It never appeared.

The sword isn't called the "Scirmich Sword" it is called the "Scitmar Sword" and just like the singing sword it doesn't exist! THe only way to get it is to have a modded xbox. Also the most powerful sword is the Bereaver (with an additional 2 sharpening augmentations).

I also read that the bandit doesn;t give you the sword but you have to pick it up when he sets it down, which they actually do in the game. If that doesn't work try getting them drunk. (It might not be worht it because i saw a screenshot where a guy did have it (modded xbox of course) and it only did 20 damage!)

Its real it just takes FOREVER to get. But im holed up on oblivion for the second time so i havnt been on lately.

lol the 1st one wow i havent played that n ages. when it first came out i thought all girls were only on there lol so i didnt get it. it would get borin playin wit all girls 4 awhile
