It has Downtown Expansion which has vampires.
It's a lot of fun ^_^.

Not sure if there is an expansion specifically for it, but most likely a user made mod or something.

Get the Deluxe edition, it is only 10 dollars more here in America, and it comes with the "Nightlife" expansion, which allows you to party downtown, do a blind date (Real fun) and make your sim a Vampire (Date a Vampire downtown until he/she likes you romanticly then you can ask to be bitten...)

Overall its better, I only have deluxe because I dont care about much else... I just end up making my sims Woohoo and kill the other ones...

I don't think you can download the whole game, but if you register with EA (The only downside) then you can download new shirts or cars and stuff for free...

Its a real fun game, I don't play it that much, (Like an hour every two weeks compared to the 2 hours of my other games a day) its one of my favorites for the longrun gaming.
