The whole kill/let live village idea

i remember a while ago PM was saying that if you saw a little settlement you couild kill it or trade and then it would get big, i for one havnt heard anything on that since and i was just wandering if any of you knew any information concerning this.

nothing really else...we wont be sure what will happen until PM says so or until Fable 2 is out
